Woohooo... so I did both. Definitely a weird one for me. I think I prefer running continuously! Never thought I'd say that ha! R1 was fine but R2 I really didn't want to stop for the 3 minute walk. The first 5 minutes of running for me are still like an extension of the warm up, slow run, calves all warmed up and off I go at a slightly faster pace so to have to stop for 3 minutes I then had to go through the 4/5 min back in the swing of things.
Oh well, still loving the programme and no more walk breaks for me going forward. Here's on to week 9! I'm coming for you
