Back in business...repeating week 2

After my crack of dawn bank holiday start in August I completed week 1 and week 2 and just as I was getting into a routine, life got in the way. With no one to help look after my little one I had no choice but to take a break...but thankfully hubby's work commitments have calmed down and I am back to C25K...hurrah! I decided after 2 weeks out, that I should repeat week 2, so I am 2 runs in and looking forward to getting W2R3 done at the weekend. Slightly nervous for week 3 as it seems a bigger jump than between weeks 1 and 2; but I will follow all the advice and make sure I slow myself right down. I'm determined to keep at this! I turn 40 at the end of October and it would be amazing to be able to call myself a runner by my birthday. If I can stick to the plan I would be running for 25 minutes by then....

Life does get in the way sometimes and as long as you can get out there and enjoy you will be running that 25 minutes before you know it. Well done for not giving up when life got busy
