Just completed week one and so far so good. Need to make this a regular thing.

Ive been getting up 30 mins earlier just to do the run so i have no excuse later on in the day.

I am combining it with lean in 15 dvd i have do doing that tues thurs sat.

I hope i keep it going as i am 15 stonr and could do with losing at least 2 and a half stone to stay illness free and active for ny family.
