Introducing Carla no alcohol was involved

What fun when one of the kids comes to visit they come with us

I know i had a moan about my feet this week so thought i’d mention last sunday’s run

Carla is in her twenties and pretty fit. She ran slowly with us for a couple of minutes then walked, she said running takes so much more energy than walking and was amazed that we just kept going for over half an hour, then when we got home she curled up on the sofa and fell asleep

Hopefully on Saturday we will be back out there as the weather is beautiful and i’m a bit fed up with squats and press ups

While resting my feet we have been planning on mixing things up a bit
