Here comes Richard..... my 14 yr old grandson who ran a complete 30 minutes with us today. Colin’s got a bit of a sore knee and I’m just old and tired so we joggled along slowly listening to music and chatting. Roll on Wednesday it’s my day off

Oh and there’s an apple tree that i noticed when we first started as it was in flower and so i jiggle home with a couple of apples in my pocket lol 😂

Yes he reckons in about 20 years he will be bringing his kids along too lol

It really is good we will take him twice a week and then do a longer lazy run with just us at the weekend he’s such fun to be around

Thank you we realised today this is just what we do now rather than something extra that we have to fit in and although still very slow we just keep going for half an hour
