Just completed week 6. Such a struggle all week. Bonus tho I got new running shoes. It doesn’t get easier and I had to dig so deep I was almost in Oz. Last 60 secs Laura encouraged to go bit faster. No way I was barely lifting my feet up but I kept up that running action and stayed til end. My pace is shocking and up and down so next week will concentrate more on a bit of equilibrium. Still can’t believe I am actually posting on a running forum and I am now officially running! Go me and all those out their whether you are struggling or finding it as good as a walk in the park. 🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️🏃🏼♀️

Thank you. Just keep plodding but I’m up and off that couch
I plod too but at least we are out there! I put my MapMyRun on this morning for the 20 mins I ran and I covered a kilometre in 10 mins! I could probably walk it faster! But I’ll speed up later (much, much later!)
