I was up with the larks 510am. I still need to speed up the process between getting out of bed and out of the door. Today, I decided to prepare my yoga and work things before the run so that I could quickly change and run out of the door.
Anyway, I definitely found the start of this run much harder. I realised that my first 5-minute running route is on an incline which made the first two-and-a-half minutes challenging. I didn't stop or give up, though.
By contrast, the last 5-minute run was a breeze and I realised that I wasn't out of breath.
Dear Laura: my light jog - really is a very light jog.
But I don't need to work on pace just yet.
