Week 7 Run 2

By the light of the moon. Left the house to start my run at 5.30. I have been doing all my runs in a local park. There is no lighting in the park with just a little illumination from the adjacent street on one side. This morning the skies were clear and there was plenty of light from the moon.

I completed my run stepping it up a little during the last minute when urged to by Laura.

Regular readers will know that although I record my runs I am not interested in speed or distance only in keeping going for the required amount of time and listening to my body - it's usually creaking noises I hear. I think that the technology must have gone wrong somewhere as I don't believe the changes in distance and pace compared to my last run.

Running again Saturday.

Good luck with your run. I am sure you'll be fine as you have done this before.

Well done! Just done the same run, started off moonlit, then the sun came up. Beautiful!
