👍👋Welcome we are here to help and support you. Getting those trainers on & getting out for the first time feels weird and wonderful but just go and do it & you will be on your way to success! It’s a fantastic program & many many of us started like you! Hope you enjoy it! 😄

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here. Just go slow and make sure you're drinking plenty water 7 days a week. Good luck 😊😊

Well done you for taking the first step. The first run is the hardest because it's all new and you don't know what to expect, but it does get easier. I was very sceptical that the program would work but it does! The important thing, which you'll keep hearing, is to keep it slow. Hopefully you'll be posting about your progress before you know it.
