New to this. My mate Kathryn is my inspiration she started with couch to 5k and now done London marathon.. my first time out will be in the morning.... rain or shine

Wet! I was puffing well after a minutes run,needed the 90 seconds walk to catch my breath,before the next minute run began... but enjoyed it!

Well done for starting the program. Just think that by the end of the year you will be running 5k. Very exciting, keep it up, you can do this.
