Started out on the programme at the beginning of September and just completed my 3rd run of week 3 this evening. Still well overweight, but I've lost 4lbs so far and this pensioner is feeling the better for it. I'm using Strava alongside C25K to keep track of my progress and pretty consistent round the 7km/h pace so well off a 5k in 30 mins pace, but I'm not feeling the niggles in my legs like I did in the 1st week.

Think I'm looking forward to moving onto week 4 at the weekend :)

Great for getting to the end of wk3. If your pace is working for you then stick at it. As well as the weight loss once you are running longer the scales might not move much but your body shape really changes. I know because it's happened to me . Well done you 😊😊
