Big old me has done another 30 minute run without stopping today. Admittedly it wasn't the fastest and I didn't make the 5K mark, but given that I didn't run at all at the start of this process I am amazed at myself. Can't believe that by the end of the week I will be a Couch to 5k graduate and aiming to run longer and further after it is done!

Amazingly well done! I can't run 5K in 30 minutes and don't think I ever will. But similar to you I had done nothing exercise wise for a very long time, so I am ecstatic I can run for 30 minutes. To be honest I'm ecstatic I can run at all!

Being able to run 30 minutes non stop is really amazing . When you think back to wk1 it was only 60 seconds. You should be really proud of yourself. Well done you 😊😊
