Month 9 Run 100

I thought I would update on my progress since graduation in January. I have continued to run 3 times a week( mostlyπŸ˜–) and have just completed my 100 run - that includes the 18 in the program.

I have found that overthinking is a real mood killer so I just decide to just do it β€” for me mornings are best but I know folks who like evenings. I have done a park run - but mostly run solo at about 4-5k in about 40 minutes . Park-runs freak me a little as so many folk are so fast ( sub 20 mins) - this may well be me overthinking.

I still find it hard sometimes but I have never regretted popping my shoes on and getting out there. I have run wherever I have been and this year I have been in Scotland & Nottingham few times as well as Morocco,Spain and Italy .

So my message is simple - keep running your own run .

Peace & Love πŸ’—
