It's been ages (read: years) since I've done W1 of the program. I had forgotten how tiring the starting few weeks can be.

Still fun, though.

Welcome back on course, let's hope it's not to many ages to the next run. Easiest to keep going - but not too fast

Just make sure you're well hydrated and eating properly it will help loads when running. Well done you 😊
