I didnโt enjoy this run so much. I slowed myself right down as I felt a stitch niggling on every run, so my overall time was slower and I donโt feel as though I worked as hard.
Iโm not sure whether I should repeat that one or go straight into run 2 on Wednesday!?
Slow is good and you will find it helps as you progress through the plan. As you competed the run there is no need to repeat, just move on. Well done you ๐
I canโt give much advice because Iโm on the same week & day as yourself- so I guess all I can say it even though you felt it wasnโt a great run you did it! So Well done now just move on to the next one on weds! ๐
Just keep getting out, I am on same week an just done run 1 today... I find it harder mentally to actually get out... I expect it to be hard when I do it, but doing it at any pace is better than not... Keep going and Good Luck ๐๐
I completed W2R1 yesterday. I was anxious about the 90 second runs as those 60 second runs in week one killed me! But I somehow managed it so i'm sure you will too ๐ well done for persevering even though your app died!
