Hi everyone

I'm not new to running, but am new to running consistently. I posted last week for some advice and I took everyone's words on and have decided to go right back to the start of C25K. Thank you so very much to everyone who responded!

W1D1 done and dusted. I'm really excited to get back into running. My goal is to graduate from the program by the end of this year with a stretch goal of doing it by November 24 (which is nine weeks from now).

Watch this space :)
