Hi all, I’ve just finished w2 r3, and I’m pleased to say that my hideous out of control breathing is getting more regular and the 90 seconds seems to be getting miraculously shorter. When I slow to a walk I’m getting a painful leg, it’s the muscle on the top left hand side of my lower leg, just below my knee to the left if that makes sense. It’s fine when I’m running, just not when I’m walking. It got better on the cool down walk. Any ideas?

Welcome to the forum and well done on your progress.
This guide to the plan is essential reading healthunlocked.com/couchto5... and includes advice on pacing, minimising impact, stretching after every run and running shoes, all of which may help.
As with any pain, if is sharp stop running and follow the advice in the guide on dealing with injury. If it persists, consult your GP or physio.
Enjoy your journey
Thank you, the guide is very helpful, however it’s when I stop running that I get the pain, not when I’m running?!
You presumably didn't have the issue before you started running, so it is the running causing it, or showing up an underlying condition.
Minimise impact and stretch after every run.
