Boy: So leg, it is 10 mins running, 3 mins walking, 10 mins running today, are you up for that?
Leg: Depends, are you wearing that ridiculous bright yellow shirt again?
Boy: Yup, but I'll put on those running socks that help absorb the shock for you if that helps?
Leg: Fine, but you look like a pillock.
Boy: This warm up walk seems okay how are you getting on matey?
Leg: Fine, just stop asking me how fast brisk is.
Boy: Lets go running!
Leg: (1 min) I am really stiff, stop and go home.
Boy: You are so defeatist! I think we should keep going.
Leg: (2 mins) Seriously, this sucks, go home and get chubby again.
Boy: Its only 10 minutes, I will give you a nice warm bath afterwards matey.
Leg: (3 mins) Okay, I will stuggle on.
Boy: (9 mins) If I stop and walk after 10 mins are you going to freeze up again?
Leg: Sure am (with an evil grin)
Boy: In that case we will just keep going for as long as we can. (equally evil grin)
Leg: (15 mins) I *puff* want *puff* to *puff* stop
Boy: No, the suns coming out and this running top is just nice and cosy.
Leg: (20 mins) Seriously *puff* c'mon!
Boy: We will run until Laura says to stop, plus this last bit is downhill....
Leg & Boy: Wwwwweeeeeeeeeeeee!!!!
23 minutes went by fairly well and I have to say deciding not to stop was the right choice. I sometimes feel like time is going by so quickly on my runs because I am using the time to think up daft things to say on my blog. 25 mins on Friday then next week hopefully 25 mins, 28 and then 30. Trying not to get ahead of myself but hopefully a park run at the end of the month.
