Happy bunny today so my first week.
Did 3 walk/ runs .
Two 5 min rows .
One 400ft walk straight up a steep hill , 1.7 mile in total .
I lost 1lb in weight .
2 meat free meals ( my vegan son is staying ).
Finding the runs very hard SO
decided to try a week 2 activity .
I managed to do a 90 sec run x 4 .
Though my neighbour was going past on her horse so I think I was showing off .
I do feel heavier and legs are like lead .
But pleased I have repeated my efforts .
Normally I will have one or two goes at such things and all it has served is to remind me what a big lump of lard I am !
