Well, just finished week 3 this evening and feeling pretty chipper.  Then I look at what's coming up - gulp!  Quite a jump from 9 minutes to 16.  Wish me luck, I think I'm going to need it!

You'll be fine, just take it nice and slow and try to enjoy it!

Well done! My wife starts w4 tomorrow, she gulped at me! but I'm running with her for motivation.. Don't worry! You'll get through it! Nice and slow & steady! The programmes built you up for the extra time..😊

Haha, I don't think I'll have much choice.

I have a friend who I am doing this with, and we agreed this evening we'll be taking it very steady.....

Brilliant that you're running with someone.  I run with my daughter, or rather she runs to my pace and we help each other along the way.  Slow and steady that's the way 😊

You'll be fine. Just listen to Laura, and take it steady 🏃

You will be absolutely fine.  Laura knows what she's doing even if we're not convinced.  As everyone always says, keep it slow and steady and I'm sure you will amaze yourself yet again :)

I'm right with you, Son1 - I'm facing that leap too! Good luck - I will be thinking of you as I do my old-lady shuffle round the park.

I think we have the same technique :-)  I did W4R1 tonight and it wasn't as bad as I was expecting - although I could feel I'd done more.  Good luck, it's not as bad as it looks!

Oh yes, I'm starting week 4 tomorrow and I'm a little anxious myself. I did finish C25K once before though, so I know it's possible. Good luck to us!
