Great for getting the run done at your first parkrun. Now you've done 30 minutes (cheeky) you now know you can do it. Well done you 😊

Well done. Do you mean w9? If so congratulations on your graduation. Parkrun is my favourite run of the week and your Saturdays may never be the same.

Well take it easy on your next 2 weeks and try to stick to the programme- I know it’s hard to do that at parkrun. But we don’t want any injuries at this stage.

What a great idea to make the last run your first park run, I’m on week 8 run 2 so will make that my aim πŸ‘πŸ‘

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 7 at your first parkrun, well done, onwards and upwards to week 8, not long now until you graduate.

I did my first parkrun this weekend as my w7r1 run. Very pleased to see someone else bending the rules like me! I went back to the suggested 25 minute run this morning for w7r2 and have promised myself I will keep to the programme until week 9 now.

Oh, I managed it in 29m 45s so also super pleased I managed sub 30 minutes! πŸ™‚
