Great job. Your fitness will rise surprisingly rapidly, and it sounds like youโve found your happy pace. Youโll get to keep amazing yourself frequently throughout the plan, and beyond. Have a wonderful next run to close the first week out.
Well done and beware .... this can become addictive very quickly ๐. I think many of us found the very first run, the most difficult because it's such a leap of faith, stepping well outside our comfort zone. I felt for me personally I was probably very anxious about the whole thing, but, once run 1 was done I was a tiny bit confident that just maybe I could do R2 and relaxed ... enjoyed ... and it therefore understandably felt easier for me. Anyway, I'm on week 5 now and can tell you ..... trust the plan, believe and go for it .... ๐โโ๏ธ๐โโ๏ธ slowly tho!
I did my second run last night and thought it was marginally easier! How could it be? So glad you posted because I thought I was being a bit too hopeful! Canโt wait till the ne t run! My sleep is so much better afterwards x
