Just starting out, I used to run a lot but have been plagued by injuries. Have spent a few months working on strength and flexibility and will be doing C25k to ease back in. Didn’t realise quite how much I missed it until I finished that last night. Really elated post run. I completed my stretching sequence after it and this morning feel great.

Total distance was 2.22 miles.

C25k is the best way to build up your running slowly.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Thanks! I have got a history in running and have been keeping fit since stopping so probably starting in a good place.

Won’t be able to run for the next two days sadly, too busy. Will probably get 20,000 steps watching the golf tomorrow though.

Is it ok to continue using this post to update on runs? It would be good to get the graduate badge :).
