Just starting out, I used to run a lot but have been plagued by injuries. Have spent a few months working on strength and flexibility and will be doing C25k to ease back in. Didn’t realise quite how much I missed it until I finished that last night. Really elated post run. I completed my stretching sequence after it and this morning feel great.
