So... just back from lovely North Devon holiday. These headphones have arrived. In April I couldn’t run a bath. I now appear to own headphones, a Garmin, running shoes and have my first 5k medal. Even fitted in a parkrun on holiday. And I post this not for well dones but a big smackeroo of a THANK YOU to all you guys who have been so kind, supportive, encouraging, funny, wise, motivational and just all round flippin awesome. C25K has genuinely changed my life and I will be forever grateful. Awwww you guys!!! 🥰🥰🥰
Just want to say......: So... just back from... - Couch to 5K
Just want to say......
Great post and well done you!! 👍✅👏🌟
You're so lovely. Now you've got all the gadgets you have to keep going. Well done you 😊😊
You should rename yourself Inspector Gadget !!!
Well, if you don't want "well dones" then tough - WELL DONE YOU! You're doing amazing.
❤️ Lovely Post ❤️
Really well done, especially a run on holiday!
Lots of lovely winter running gear to buy now, to add to your collection 😈
Stop it! ..... any recommendations? 😆
Well since you ask 😁 my favourite is Ron Hill, my first buys were marks and sparks which were fine for shorter distance but I'm replacing gradually. The Ron Hills are better on the longer runs for wicking and temperature control. I've got a top from decathlon which has been great, but I'm now getting seam rub on my arm. The search begins, I'll let you know how I get on.
Wicking?????
Takes the sweat away from your skin so you stay feeling dry (not quite so sweat-soaked😳). Hark at me, I'll ask them for a commission! This isn't an extensive test, I got the Ron Hills and really liked them (available from John Lewis so I can click & collect from waitrose, oh yes!) My m&s ones feel hot and sweaty after twenty minutes.
Aw, what a lovely post...I have those headphones, or something similar and I love them. With all the gadgets there’s no stopping you!
Best post I’ve ever read ❤️ a massive big up to you 👏🏼 WELL DONE 🏃♀️ so inspirational 😘
How have you got on with the headphones Vintage? I'm thinking of getting some 🤔
I love them! Really easy to use and less fiddly than my iPhone ones. Only thing is I might need to put some padding over my ear as they do rub a little bit, probably just need to get used the feel of them. Would definitely recommend 👍🏻
Great thanks...which ones are they?
Tayogo bone conduction. Around £30. Not mega expensive ones but wanted to see how I got on with them. Got chatting to a lady at 5k event couple of weeks ago and she’d had her set for a couple of years with no problem.
Oooh....I caved and bought some cos I can't wear regular earphones (ear eczema from sensitivity to whatever earphones are made of ).
You are doing amazingly well, I'll add my well done to deb's one.
Enjoy your gadgets and keep running !
Too bad. Well done you!!!
