Well I've finished week 8 run 2. I took Runkeeper and my music with me today, sorry Laura love you but not sure about that Julie! I definitely run better with my own music which bodes well for post graduation but tech failure caused bad language again this morning. The music just stopped playing - I felt a bit like the lady with the hearing aid in Fawlty Towers, tapping and shaking my damn phone then Runkeeper pipes up with my time and pace and I nearly drop the phone into the mud 😬 Ok say have time reminders just no music , let's sort the cupboards but that's way too depressing for me so shut the door and write a beautiful post for you all. Poetic, exciting, poignant, amusing - yes it had something for everyone. Now what did I want to say ......😎
Ps went further and faster than ever before - this snail is now catching up to the tortoise 😀

Well done I think the runs where we have little dramas make us realise much live tries to trip us up but we find mechanisms the deal with whether we end up shouting at something or digging in and getting on with it
How exactly did you arrange to listen to both Runkeeper AND "your music" at the same time?? It is actually a bit complicated (for Android phone owners - don't know about Apple phones)
I choose my playlist from within Runkeeper, there is a music symbol tagged source and one tagged edit, I just make sure both show what I want to listen to. When I start my workout the music starts too. The playlist has to be stored on the phone not in the cloud though.
