I am/have been a member of several social media forums, but none even come close to this one. It is FANTASTIC!!!!!
Everyone is so supportive, I don't think I have ever seen a negative response to some one else's post. Over 50,000 members, all with the same goal. Over 50,000 people sharing their good runs and bad runs. 1000's of graduates who, after completing C25K, don't just say thanks a lot, then disappear, but who continue to contribute, to encourage, to give advice and guidance and, most importantly, to support those still working their way through. Also, a huge thumbs up to the admin team and mentors who do an absolute fantastic job - yes you do, so stop blushing!
There are some absolutely fantastic contributors on here - I won't embarrass them by saying their names, but I love reading their, always, interesting and often, very funny posts.
I am saying this honestly, this forum has become as much part of my life as the running itself, so much so, I spend more time on here than I do my facebook pages.
So, with the soppy sh** over, thank you all so much and keep up the good work!
Keep running and enjoy.

Agreed mate - funnily enough in my post last night about W8R3 I ended up going completely off piste saying much the same. I cut it out in the end saving it for W9 lol.
Hear hear, like you been on other forums, even been Admin / moderator so know what it takes in terms of time and commitment so take a bow the Admin team!
That sounded faintly like a "goodbye". You're not going anywhere, Julian. We won't let you. You need to stay here with us and run around with your teeshirt off!!
There's a 10K badge with your name on it, tiger. C'mon. Let's all run about until we get a bit hot...
I'd have given up in W2 without this place. It's where the kool kidz hang out, right?
Completely agree. I wouldn’t have got through without the combined support and pressure if the forum to help me through.
It is rare to find somewhere with so much positivity and so little bad stuff. I guess stuff happens that we don’t see and that the mods have to sort but I’ve not noticed any.
Ahh... Gotcha I added that Health Warning because TIm (Iannoda) was rightly concerned about sending the "right message". I just misinterpeted you. No worries. Luv u right back, hon xx
I have occasional positive moments. Tho I must confess, I'm starting to struggle with the "W5R3 - Can I really run for 20 mins, is this a mistake?" posts. There are only so many times people can give the same advice over and over again...
W5R3 - Can I really run for 20 mins, is this a mistake?
Don’t think about the walking breaks as a rest period... they are designed to get your heart rate down. W5R2 is 8-5-8 so you are active for 21 minutes. W5r3 is 20 minutes.... blah blah blah... you can do this... blather blather... we’ve all been there... start slow...
