I really should have run yesterday, but my feet were KILLING me after an unexpected amount of fast walking in work shoes on Friday. I'm still a bit creaky today, but I ran anyway. Well, jogged. Looks like I really can jog for 30 minutes now!
I hope to find the motivation to get up early every other morning and exercise before work. I'm already rolling out of bed at a ridiculous hour to be out of the bathroom before my son gets up at 6:30... the thought of getting up even earlier is painful! Any tips for making it happen?

Bit of a hard run for you today Perygl, not too good now going for a 30 minutes consolidation run as it is now getting quite dark in the morning at 6.30, or soon will be, try at least get one of your runs on a non working day so you can run later, say about 90 minutes after breakfast. As far as your feet killing you, why not go for a gait analysis and buy the recommended running shoes after the analysis.
