Diazapam taper slip

I've saw alot on this site about ppl being on diazapam for pain relief n stuff...I use to run everyday but came down with a muscle waisting illness in ma legs called paratharol paropaphy...I was on highest dose and have weemed right down...I've only a week or 2 left till the tapers done but I slipped up and took more than I should have....has anyone else done this and will it effect the rest of my taper?

This is a runner's site and in six years I can't remember a mention of diazepam.
