You really are a star. Speeding through and making a great contribution to the forum. Well done Annieapple. I’m sure you’ll love not having to interrupt your running for enforced walking. 🏃♀️🏃♀️😊😘
Thanks Puppy-Love. Feels like a new challenge is upon me. I love contributing here as I have gained SO much. Never ever run before but have learned from reading all the invaluable links our amazing admin post & from the experience of others.
🤣. 🚗 🚙 🚌 Yes I am sure.. never the same as a holiday!!I am still dreaming about romantic walks along the Seine, those chandeliers in the apartments alongside, beautiful bridges, paintings & books.. these kind of thoughts get me through difficult bits in my runs 🇫🇷
I have a Karrimor long sleeve top for Autumn & the obligatory running leggings...with zip pocket for phone & tie inside the waist. A runners jacket & runners vest to add in winter. All karrimor. Really helpful assistant in Sportsdirect who is a runner.
Already have the trainers socks & sports bra.😇 Reflectors seem to be on most things I looked at.
Ooh, sounds good. Do you rate the Karrimor long sleeve? I need to get some long sleeved things for autumn / winter. Especially interested in reflective stuff as I run first thing and it’s already starting to get dark 😮
Hi yes not really realised it’s changing for good! Did wk6 run 1 today and tried to run a bit faster. Got out of breath but legs ok. Think that was lots of walking up steep hills in Turkey !
