Actually cried when I’d finished! Couldn’t believe I’d just done it. I kept it slow and steady and changed the route slightly. I have come a long way in 8 weeks and couldn’t be prouder of myself. I’m on for around a 37 min 5 km. Not bad for an old girl turning 50 next week!!!!
