Wow 😲 Well I did it ! Wind, rain and nine weeks I can actually do this ! It feel really amazing to get this far and now I’m looking at the next step of consolidating runs.

Thanx soooo much - I was walking back along my route when it suddenly hit me thats week 9 run 3 under my belt ! If I can do this then anyone can - just take your time and pace yourself.

Thank you !! And my reward is an early night as I am up early tomorrow..... but no running lol 😂

It was hard going against the wind again this morning & not long after setting off I did wonder how long I could last but I persevered and got my best 2 mile time of 21.39 yeuss !
