You need to count that as W1R1, if it is the first time you have completed it all fully.
Remember it is a training plan building your strength and conditioning, not a tick box exercise. Every workout needs to be fully complete before moving on, as explained in the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...
I only missed one run on run one. What are an administrator of HealthUnlocked or couch to 5k.
Hi, you don't have to follow my advice, but I would recommend that you follow the plan, which means fully completing each session in each week. Doing this prepares your body for the step up in the following week. If you don't complete then you may well struggle with the extra demands.
