An unlikely source for a compliment!

OK, so I live in Portugal; and I speak Portuguese badly. As I am a lady of a certain age, my hubby encouraged me to have some laser 'hair removal' (which these days is in fact very quick and painless).

So, without going into too many details I turn up for my third monthly session and I'm in my bra and pants (feeling a wee bit self concious) and the lady (who I've only met 2 times before, spontaneously comments on how slim I've got!!! (hey- what's going on?)...

So, someone who's only met me those few times (true, she gets to see me in a state of undress) noticed!! WOW.

Anyhow I told her (in very bad-grammar Portuguese) all about Couch25K ... and she seemed to understand!

10 mins later all done and I'm out of there (with less hair)... couple more sessions to go.

That's brilliant. Sometimes you don't notice these things yourself and it's nice when people can see the hard work that you've put in. I'm also hoping to lose inches 😁

As an aside how are you finding the LHR? I'm halfway through my course and it's been really effective. Not all areas have been pain free 😳🤣 but defo worth it x

She puts loads of gel on me, bikini, armpits and a bit on my face(!) and then just runs some flashes of lazer (which worryingly I can see with eyes shut and special glasses on). So not each hair being treated but the whole 'patch'... takes about 10 mins! Not sure how many more sessions I need, but definately less hair growth. No pain at all!
