Congratulations to you Sydney7 on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to runs 1 and 2 of week 6, but be careful with those two runs as they have interval walks and runs and that can be quite tiring after the non stop 20 minute run of week 5, just take those two runs especially slowly and you will have no problems with them.
Thank you. Thanks also for the advise for the next 2 sessions too, this will really help especially as Iβll be on holiday! Never before have I ever thought about exercising whilst on holiday let alone running (jogging) that is until now π
