It is fine... each run prepares you for the next... it is all about control, mental running discipline and continuing to take it slowly and steadily :)

Just believe in yourself and KNOW you can do it:)

Congrats, you just broke the mental barrier. Repeat after me:

If I can run for 20 minutes, I can run for 25,

If I can run for 25 minutes, I can run for 28,

If I can run for 28 minutes, I can run for 30.

Enjoy the grin you no doubt have, you've earned it.

Adagio for strings? You'll be fine on your runs if you just take them nice and steady. Your music choice should keep you chilled out nicely
