Bloody hell!! Apparently I can run for 3 minutes!! Who knew? Seriously this plan is amazing. If I never ran another step I have smashed all my pre conceptions if what i can and can’t do already. Can’t wait to see what I am actually capable of 🤪 So smug at present ha ha
