Run 1 of week 9

On my second week of running during my holiday in Rhodes. Today it was run 1 of week 9 and my first 30 minute run for about 4 years. After completing the first 8 weeks of C25K all I can say is that I took it easy and it was fine. I’m not running at a pace that will get me to 5k in under 30 minutes yet, but I know that will come in time. Looking forward to graduating again and thankful for such a great resource to get me to this stage. Keep going everyone and good luck with your own journeys 😁

Well done for keeping running despite the temptations of your holiday and the warm weather 😁You're so close to re graduating, keep at it, slow and steady. Speed can come later (but only if that's what's right for you).

Very well done! Just two more runs to go.

You're doing great - especially running at your own pace and not trying to get to that 5K in 30 min. It took me a month after graduating to get to a very slow 5K.

Look forward to your graduation message...

Well done, you will get there! I’ve been in Spain for 3 weeks and completed C25K a couple of days ago. Must say first week here was tough for me getting used to heat so taking it slow is the best way.
