Completed this run this evening and it has left me feeling really energised. Rest tomorrow before running again on Tuesday evening.

Yesterday I spent some time looking at videos about running styles including the Japanese slow jogging one. My pace this evening was much slower than previous runs and my breathing much easier. So I felt that there was plenty left in the tank at the end. I will adopt the same approach on my next run

Happy running everyone.

The Japanese slow jogging has been used by a lot of people on here and it works and as you say it really helps with your breathing. Well done you 😊

I’m due to do Wk5 r3 tomorrow, and I’m sure the breathing and slow running has helped me too. Well done, and good luck with your next run.
