WOW. Thank you all for your amazing support. I did my 1st one this morning. I struggled but I didn’t give up. Only managed to run 45 secs for each minute but I did the full set. Looking forward to run 2 Wednesday then run 3 Friday 😊

Well done.
When you go out next time, repeat the first workout, until you fully complete it. This is conditioning your body, not a tick box exercise, so there is no point moving onto the next stage until you have completed the last.
Try slowing down.

Well done 👍 hardest bit of getting out there done. It is wise to repeat W1:R1 until you run the full minute before going on to W1:R2. You will gain confidence this way.
We all have to do this before we move on to the next run. It prevents injury and builds up stamina and strength.

Great for getting started. Have a rest day and do wk1 r1 again don't move in to the next run until you've fully completed the previous run. Good luck

Well done. If you can do 45 seconds you can definitely do 60 secs going a bit slower. Just trust the plan, which is magic.

Welcome and well done for getting started. 60 seconds run is a lot harder than most people think. Give it another go, you can do it!

Well done you Loving-life33. You have made a really good start as the other members say repeat run one until you can do the 60 seconds it is really hard at the start but keep going x

I struggles to complete any of the full minutes on my first run, W1:R2 was better, W1:R3 I completed without any issue. Now week 2 and doing okay, so keep going it gets easier!
