30 Minutes but sore hamstring.

Knee better now got a sore hamstring, got physio exercises. Thought I would see how I went. It was sore but got my 30 minutes. Decided to stay on the flat to see if it was more comfortable. Strava didn’t work but just google mapped it and it was about a 3 mile round trip so thrilled.

Take a few rest days maybe until you have no more pain and do your exercises in the meantime. Good luck😊
