First Park Run without walking!

I am so over the moon with myself right now! I did my 3rd park run this morning and for the first time, I didn’t walk any of it!! 🥳 Smashed my PB and I’m just so happy. I think I have found that I am definitely an evening runner, not a morning runner and that’s why I find it so hard. Does anyone else find this?
