I did it!!!
I posted yesterday about how much I was dreading this. But I got up early, forced some positivity and determination into myself and went out and did it.
I thought I might have slow down for the second half but carried on at my usual speed.
So excited for the remaining weeks and so proud of myself.
For any of you still to do W5R3, you can do it. Itβs a mental challenge, physically you can do it
