Hi all I completed week 1 on Thursday and felt so positive about it. Missed the run on Saturday as was out at the seaside and then yesterday felt too tired and hot after being at carnival. It feels too hot again today and just fear that if i dont do it ill give up but if i do do it and its horrendous, ill also give up? Ahh!
Am i going to remain on week 1 forever?

Try picking 3 days a week if possible and stick to them , no excuses , too tired too hot . Once you're out and running it feels a lot better . Good luck ๐
The only way to get it under your belt is to put your gear on and head out the door..........maybe wait till it is cooler and maybe wait until you are not tired.
If you want to do it, you will...........over to you.
Congratulations on completing week 1, you can repeat any runs or week's if you wish to, not good weather for running , if you wish to repeat week 1 on cooler more normal weather you won't need to wait too long, it's to get cooler later in the week.
Hi I did week 1, 3 times and then week 2 twice since then I have progressed each week and start week 8 tomorrow. I find sticking to the same days each week and going out early in the morning before it gets too warm helps. Stick at it. Itโs been life changing for me really canโt believe how much I am enjoying it. Good luck.
If you can, try running as early as possible in the morning - the slight chill before the dayโs heat is lovely. Try to find a route where you can run in the shade. Good luck!
Like others have said, consistency and habit make those things we don't always want to do, easier. Personally I run on Tuesday mornings, Thursday mornings and Saturday mornings. This is built into my psyche. Always early in the morning because it's cooler and generally quieter and less traffic and pedestrians.
