Run down to running!

I’ve just completed RUN 1 OF WEEK 9! I can’t quite believe it. Did I run 5k you may ask... no I didn’t. Am I disappointed in myself? Absolutely not! I look back at week 1, where I found that first run hard, and I wondered how I was ever going to reach week 9, and look at me now! 30 minutes constant. Keep going everyone that’s just starting out. From one couch potato to another, YOU CAN DO IT!
