Didn't go out as early this morning, it is a Bank Holiday after all.
This week it's more running, longer running and shorter intervals of walking. And it felt really good.
The running is going well but so far the weight loss is static despite having cut out snacking, of which there was a lot, and eating more fruit and veg.

There were loads of people (four) round my neck of the woods out and about this morning. Normally, I don't see any other runners at all.
