I woke up at 6.30am but dithered about and regretted it when I eventually started the run at 7.45am as the sun had come out !! It was really warm and the first 10 was tough.

I also decided to mix grass with tarmac today and now realise how much grass can slow the pace as I ran the 5k at around 31 minutes. However, I did it and that is the main thing.

Morale of the story - just get up and go Steve !!! Onward and upwards πŸ‘πŸ»πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈ

Sounds great, but you are right, get up and go is best...I look forward to getting there myself, hopefully...still a way off yet.

Slow and steady - you will get there. The programme is amazing and helps you to build up enough stamina for 30 minutes. Onwards and upward πŸƒβ€β™‚οΈπŸ˜Š
