Just started running this week, never run in my whole 40yrs but wanted to try... surprisingly I actually enjoy it and have completed both runs without stopping 😊 Any tips for the weeks coming up? Any help would be appreciated πŸ™‚

Great for getting started. The main things are go slow and plenty water 7 days a week. Also proper running shoes.

C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck 😊😊

Welcome along ! Keep it slow and steady, and always remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you don’t go for ! Have fun out there πŸ˜€

If it ever feels a bit much, just remind yourself of your first go at 1:1. You’ll be amazed how quickly you progress.

Excellent! Well done for starting and welcome. As above, slow slow slow and hydrate. It’s a fabulous plan, it honestly works, so trust in the plan and you will start to have a new found belief in yourself. Look forward to watching you progress. X

Don’t be frightened off when it looks like it steps up a bit. You can do it. If you follow the programme most of the issues are in your head, not your legs!
