Just started running this week, never run in my whole 40yrs but wanted to try... surprisingly I actually enjoy it and have completed both runs without stopping π Any tips for the weeks coming up? Any help would be appreciated π

Great for getting started. The main things are go slow and plenty water 7 days a week. Also proper running shoes.
C25k is an amazing plan and really does work you'll get lots of encouragement and support on here good luck ππ
Welcome along ! Keep it slow and steady, and always remember the First Rule of C25k: The only run you fail is the run you donβt go for ! Have fun out there π
Thank you for the support, I really do appreciate it π will keep going, I so want to be able to run a 5k especially when running round the block seemed an impossibility! πββοΈ
Excellent! Well done for starting and welcome. As above, slow slow slow and hydrate. Itβs a fabulous plan, it honestly works, so trust in the plan and you will start to have a new found belief in yourself. Look forward to watching you progress. X
