W1R3 now but feeling down today

I feel down today, anxiety is kicking in but I'm pushing to go for my W1R3 now. I also have my arm Physio later. Guess sometimes I get a bit upset of my health situation with just being diagnosed with Asthma, Dsyphonia and RSI . Any virtual hugs and support needed right now as I get ready for my run x

Big hug to you, Reetm. I can understand why you are a bit down. But good for you for doing something so positive for your health, amidst all the things you are going through. That is so admirable, and you should give yourself a pat on the back for that. This programme will help you in so many ways - emotionally as well as physically - so do keep it up, and do have the utmost of faith in yourself. As always, go super slow, and super steady, when you run. 😘

Reading through your posts, your should be proud to have gotten this far, and it sounds like you handle everything thrown at you so well!

Try and run, you may feel better, if not, have a rest, its only a day, it wont hurt. :-)

((((((hug))))))) but seriously running will give you a big pep. My observation is that those people who are healthier (i.e. fitter etc) are sick less (i.e. colds, flu, etc) and recover more quickly. Like healthy means healthy, know what I mean? So, running will make you healthier so you can be healthier :-)

Well done and keep at it. The feeling you get after each run will make the pain worthwhile . Soon you won't feel any pain and as said above your health will improve greatly.

I had a medical exam last week. My heart rate was only 55 BPM instead of what it used to be, around 80 BPM. My blood pressure was perfect. I only graduated in June, but I feel so different now. I feel healthy. You will too.
