Yes, it can be done! I’ve just ran 20 mins non-stop and I can’t quite believe it! I was slow but I didn’t stop, kept going to the end. I feel AMAZING 😊
I ran this by accident as I was going to repeat Run 2 but somehow clicked on Run 3 (I must have been half asleep). So I thought what the hell, let’s see how long I can run for.... 20 mins it seems and I’m blown away by that! Actually looking forward to the next run 🏃🏽♀️

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 5, that is a milestone run with C25K, onwards and upwards to week 6 run 1 but be careful about that run as it catches out some people with the interval walks and runs after the non stop 20 minutes of W5R3 which you have just ran 🏃 😊 👍
Just brilliant! You are ready for this - and stay nice and slow - that’s the trick as the durations increase. You’re still building muscle strength and stamina at a slow pace, and much less risk of injury.
