Week 2 Run 3

When I completed this programme 3 years ago all my runs were early in the morning. This time around my runs have been in the evening when I get home from work. I should have run last night, but didn't. This morning I went out about 6.30 for my last run in week 2.

I remember now why I enjoyed running early in the morning.

Are you an owl or a lark runner?

Being weird, I like late afternoon best. My joints are all awake by then and everyone else is off home for their tea ! Is there a late afternoon bird metaphor ?

An early is lovely. The calm before the storm.
